(“WWF”) offers the Supply Risk Analysis and all other services (collectively, the “Supply Risk Services”) contained in the Site on an as-is basis. WWF makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Supply Risk Services, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title, noninfringement, merchantibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. WWF does not warrant or make any representation that the content or functionality contained in the Site, including without limitation the Supply Risk Services, will be uninterrupted or free of error, that defects will be corrected, or that WWF’s servers are free of viruses. Further, WWF does not warrant or make any representation regarding the accuracy or reliability of the Supply Risk Services. Neither WWF nor its directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable to you under any legal theory for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages suffered by you or any third party arising in connection with your use of the Supply Risk Services, even if WWF has been advised of the possibility of such damages.”
- Any individual who discloses information through use of the Supply Risk Services represents and warrants that she or he has all necessary authority to disclose such information and shall indemnify and hold WWF harmless against any liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from any unauthorized disclosure of such information to WWF.
- WWF will not publically identify any specific organization using the Supply Risk Services without such organization’s express permission.
- WWF will take reasonable steps to ensure that business and sourcing information provided by a Site user in the context of using the Supply Risk Services is not disclosed to third parties without such user’s permission, except that (a) WWF may disclose such information as compelled by law or court order, and (b) WWF may disclose such information to other members of the WWF’s global network.
These additional terms shall control in the event of any conflict between with the Privacy Policy and/or Site Terms linked to above. If you do not agree to the terms described and linked-to on this page, your use is not permitted. Please immediately discontinue use of the Site.
